I can't find where I reported it but if I remember correctly, the auto 'toggle' is only run once a day at 0100LPT.

Still it should not go on rental at 1 lpt as it is off

If the auto renewal toggle is toggled on, rentals will be relisted when they expire. If it is toggled off rentals will not be relisted when they expire. I don't believe there is any timing to this other than when the rental expires.

So if the toggle is off it should not be relisted. This seems like a valid bug if all of the stated info is accurate. (I have not dug into the data yet)
