Don't merc for these guys. They won't pay out if the other person uses medical items to get out of hospital.

Plus on top of that doesn't know how to take critiicism since he booted me out of his Discord twice rather than have an adult conversation.

EDIT: I have since found out the merc in question was paid after I mentioned the way he ran his 'Merc server' was scummy for not paying people out for hits because the merc and target were in the same Cartel and using medical items to get out of hospital (Even though it wasn't listed in the rules - Which to my knowledge he is now changing but SHH9030 wasn't going to pay and only did because of the criticism he got for his practices) 20 energy was used to hosp the target regardless of Cartel affiliation. Finding excuses to not pay that out is scummy/scamming.

I've since put SHH9030 on my ignore list and he then took the time to reach out to me on Discord through a private message with unwanted messages.

Really mature way of running a service. Getting defensive and fragile because someone used the word 'scummy' because the way you ran your server was indeed scummy. You only did the right thing because someone called you out on it.

I was happy to pay the merc in question out my own pocket for those hits he did in your server. Not sure it was worth 3M to look like an idiot.
