I think only 5 of 6 daily missions are being offered. And some days there is a red 1 ticker shown by the missions tab but can't see why

red is from Cartel missions, so it means your cartel has a finished mission, but it might be a good idea to not show that for members who aren't allowed to claim cartel missions

I think the red should no longer show for people without permissions to claim them. You are not guaranteed 6 missions each day, there is an element of randomness to it. Going to mark this as not an issue, but open to hearing otherwise.
