I had 14 ownable/12 owned on the stills. I did P1 and bought 14 more stills (yeah..I'm dumb).  I did p2 and bought 12 more stills. I did p3 and now it shows my max ownable is only 10 stills.  I bought the 10 and it shows maxed.  Where did my 2 stills go?

you dont have enough rep for them to be unlocked. get more rep and they will unlock. like how they did when you started unlocking them originally

If you would stop listing 60+ million in market for merit hunters then I would.

The math on your current situation looks like this (just to show you it is not a bug):

repPerWorkstation = 80,000 × (totalPrestiges + 1) = 80,000 × 4 = 320,000

ownableWorkstations = 2,861,455 ÷ 320,000 = 8.941859375

maxOwnableWorkstations = (8.941859375 * 1.2) = 10.73023125

rounded down, that is 10 workstations.

Explanation of numbers:

repPerWorkstation: This is the reputation cost for each workstation at your prestige level. Base reputation is 80,000, totalPrestiges is 3 for P3.

ownableWorkstations: This is the base amount you can own with your reputation.

maxOwnableWorkstations: This is the amount of workstations you can own taking the BM1060 education into account (1.2 = 20% increase), this calculation is rounded down to the nearest whole number.
